Quick PREORDER reminder because this one is important!
As we head into our busiest baking seasons, weāve had a big increase in preorder requests coming in the day before an item is on the menu. But hereās the thingāweāre sourdough! Many of our goodies are prepped and long-fermenting well before they ever hit the bakery case.
Weāre a small-batch bakery and purchase ingredients based on that weekās menu and preorders, so once production is planned, last-minute additions may not be possible.

Want 3 loaves? Saturday.
Need a dozen muffins? Saturday.
Already dreaming about next weekās brownie? š SATURDAY.
Weāll always bake extras for the bakery case, but preordering by Saturday is the only way to guarantee the exact items & quantities you want!
Now zoom in on September because you can place as many preorders as youād like! Plan week-by-week, or if you already know what you want for the whole month, send us the whole list and weāll get you on the books!
