Ms Primm (actually Mrs Suer now) didn’t teach many years at Parkway but she sure left her mark!

The students fell in love with her style and personality.

We were thrilled when she asked us to cater her wedding reception even though it was 2 hours away.

2 of my granddaughters were positively impacted by her time at Parkway. We had dozens of her former students volunteer to help us cater yesterday. Josie and Althea were very happy to be able to go along and help out!

Huge THANK-YOU to my lovely and talented niece, Ansley, (in the middle). She and her friends Kohi and Jason joined me and two of my awesome granddaughters, Althea and Josie at Honest Friend Brewing in Columbus last night.

We were there to celebrate the wedding of Maren and Roman. This couple and their families & friends were truly a pleasure to serve. They were so friendly and gracious.

We set up an indoor grazing table, an outdoor buffet line and a very popular dessert station featuring a combination of vegan and non-vegan Texas sheet cakes, cookies, blueberry crumble bars and fresh cut fruit & homemade dip. There were several guests putting the fruit dip on their cake!

Congrats to the Suer’s! Thanks for including us in your special day!

Vans are full of gas and ready to roll!

We will start the day with the annual Rockford Alumni Banquet. 105 meals at noon.

One crew will head to Columbus to cater a wedding reception (Congrats Maren & Roman)!

We also have a 50th wedding anniversary celebration in Maria Stein. Well done Dale & Nancy! Not many marriages make it to 50!

A retirement party and a graduation party are also on the schedule.

Finally, after the Grand Lake Soundwaves show in New Bremen we will be feeding a group at the school.

Another 3 shift job on the books for next week along with a corporate lunch event, 3 wedding receptions and a grad party.

Grateful and thankful for all who choose to have us be part of their events and those who choose to help us out!

REDS WIN! REDS WIN!

For those of you who weren’t on the road at 1:30 this morning after a third shift catering, you may have missed the end of the game.

Sal Stewart hit a 2 run home run in the top of the 11th inning and the Reds hung on to beat the Padres 5-3.

Listening to the game on the radio and watching the light show in the sky made the catering trip exciting.
