Thank you all for letting me help and serve you at The Rock Nutrition in Speedway. I am sad that I cannot continue in this location due to rules of the company I work for. I am looking for a new location in Rockford and will keep you updated. Until then, you will be missed!

GREAT NEWS! The Rock Nutrition is staying open in Speedway until the new location is ready. Special hours this week. Thursday July 1st, Friday July 2nd OPEN 6 am to 1 pm and Saturday 7 - 1. Come in to get shakes and energy drinks for yourself and family. Perfect Nutrition for all ages.

The Rock Nutrition will be closing at 8:30 Thursday morning. Come in earlier to get your shakes and energy drinks. Open 6 to 9 am on Friday and 7 to 1 on Saturday.
