Shout out to this awesome guy, my brother, the one and only ry guy, for all his heavy lifting behind the closed kitchen doors. There was not one dinner he missed and there’s a reason for that —we couldn’t have done it without him! He is more than just a grill/meat master, he is an incredible cook, naturally intuitive and creative with an impeccable palate! He takes after my mom in that he can whip anything up without a recipe in no time at all…I’ve learned so much from him and I am so thankful for his love, support, and collaboration. Love you !

As the season ends, a throwback to one of my Summer favorites. ☀️ Chilled couscous, Calabrian chile aioli, castrelveltano olives, orange segments, pickled shallot, and confit char grilled octopus. Also delicious on a bed of fresh peppery arugula with lemon and toasted pine nuts!

**Comment or DM me if you want to try to cook an octopus at home but are intimidated! Trust me I have done all of the trial and error for you!**

Raspberry Spuma is a refreshing fruit forward alternative to ice cream on a hot summer day ☀️ the Italian word spuma, meaning ‘foam’ is where the traditional Italian dessert “spumoni” gets its name. Here, we omitted the heavy cream & prepared it the Romanian way: egg white, fruit, and a bit of sugar ✨
