This is such an amazing organization. They are volunteers who make birthday and celebration cakes for children who are fighting illness and also for their supersiblings. I have been supporting Icing Smiles since it first began and even made cakes for some of these beautiful children. This non profit group has grown so fast and are now making children smile across the globe. I love looking through their photos and seeing all of their sweet smiles with their gorgeous cakes!
