And for those of us with husbands who shave their face fringe, you know how jarring that is 😵‍💫

What else did I miss? Do you like adding tassels or fringe to your yarn crafts or do you prefer "clean" edges all the time?

But, seriously, knitting and crochet patterns- even weaving patterns! With a beautiful fringe or tassels just adds something to the entire project!

Oh my gosh, miniskein patterns? Yarn advent calendar patterns? The fringe is IT. The TASSELS ARE IT! I am always left with tiny little balls of yarn less than 5 yards... you know what Our Lord and Savior would do? Make tassels. I just know it.

PSA/APOLOGY:
I am so sorry to everyone I told at Rhinebeck last year and Maryland this year that I don't think Divine Sock would be good for socks. It's completely untrue. It makes absolutely. divine. socks!!!
I made up a pair for QueenBee in spring and she has worn and washed them several times- and they are doing wonderfully. The trick is to make sure you have the tightest gauge (about 12-13 rounds per inch) and that way even vanilla socks will hold up and not stretch out 🫰

What is this controversial yarn? Why, it's a lovely Alpaca/Cashmere/Silk blend. And it is truly divine.

And anyone wondering if taking FO pics outside with flash is a good idea or not, I think it's a total vibe! Swipe for no flash 📸
