You've asked many times for this sauce. We wanted to make sure it lived up to the 10/10 heat level. This sinister combination of Reapers, Ghosts, and dehydrated 7-Pot Primos delivers amazing flavor, on top of some intense heat. This sauce hits like throwing a match into a dry field of grass. After a couple seconds, there is no escape. Please use this sauce with caution, and we aren't saying that as a fun marketing ploy.

Debuting this morning at the Forest City Farmers Market from 9-1pm.

These make GREAT red Beefsteak slicers but stay manageable ... our primary red slicers
4. Early Girls ... 4th year another red slicer, but trying to get ripe tomatoes as early as possible ... let's go 4th of July burgers w Garden tomatoes
5. Celebrity ... 1st year a mid sized plant ... red slicer ... comparing to the other red slicers... 1st year

1. Jalapeño Standard ... 6th year ... should be hottest of our jalapeños...
2. Mammoth Jalapeno ... 6th year ... a milder jalapeño ... that lives up to its name ...
3. Jalapeno Gigante ... 2nd year ... attention being paid to the differences between the 3 varieties of jalapeños ... looking for big, red, hot jalapeños ... in years leading up ... we inter-planted ... trying to be more focused
4. Tabasco .. 6th year ... I think these have a sharp heat .. but the classic Tabasco pepper of the famed hot sauce
5. Cayenne ... 6th year ... thin walled ... great for drying
6. Red Ghosts ... 6th year ... thin walled, previous hottest pepper in the world
7. Carolina Reapers ... 6th year ... hottest pepper in the world for more than 10 years ... hottest pepper you can actually buy ...

Peppers (Sweet)
Lunchbox (Red/Orange) 4th year ... These are the sweetest of any pepper we've EVER eaten ... literally can't sweet ... phenomenal stuffed and wrapped w bacon like a popper!!
2. Red/Orange/Yellow bell peppers ... can pick green anytime as all bell peppers start green ...
3. Madhatter ... 4th year ...a cool sweet, slightly spicy pepper ... make a great pickled or stored in oil
4. Mexi-Bell ... 4th year ... medium size sweet red bell when ripe with a touch of spice ... great for a little kick in stuffed peppers in the fall!!
