Wolf Pack Peppers

New heat to light up your weekend!

Canis rufus
Heat Level: 7/10🔥

Canis rufus, or Red Wolf, is everything we love about hot sauce. Layered flavors of sweet, medium, and super-hot peppers hit every part of your palate. The bright fruity flavors of Aji Rico shine alongside the big citrus punch of Ghost peppers. Just a dash of Carolina Reaper adds a touch of intensity. Roasted local garlic adds a savory compliment. The heat lingers so be ready for the Red Wolf to stick around for a while.

🔥Selfish Endeavor🔥
🔥Heat Level: 4/10🔥

Nobody uses more of our sauces than we do. And this is the type of sauce we reach for the most. 100% of the peppers in this sauce were grown in Rockford. A Red Jalapeno base is amplified by a unique blend of 9 additional peppers. The final twist, we utilized a Belgian vinegar made from lambic b**r for an acidic red fruitiness. Complex yet approachable. Very limited amount available so get starting tomorrow at the Forest City Farmers Market 9-1pm.
