Our new cups are officially here featuring our “slightly less feminine” logo 😂

Brian is VERY appreciative of the redesign.

I have to admit… I think they came out pretty darn cool too.

And honestly? I have a feeling this logo is going to look REALLY good on the back of a t-shirt. 👀

Good morning, Trailer Squad!

It’s Donut Festival weekend over in Camden, and I would just like to publicly state that I would NOT be upset if someone happened to stop by the Holy Donut booth and accidentally brought me back a gluten-free Sea Salt Chocolate donut.

Just putting that out into the universe. 😇

If you’re headed to the festival, swing by and grab a latte for your stroll… or stop by for lunch after you’ve filled up on donuts. Either way, we’ve got you covered.

Well… I’ve been trying to make this post for TWO DAYS now.

Every time I go to make the lattes and snap a picture, someone has the audacity to show up and order coffee 😂

But thanks to having a couple extra sets of hands in the trailer this morning, I finally had a chance!

This weekend we’re leaning hard into childhood nostalgia with TWO new latte specials… and of course they each have a matching sweet waffle because you know we can’t just stop at coffee 😏

There are a few customers who become more than customers… they become part of your story.

For the past few years, these three girls have been regulars at the truck. Most days they just grab a drink, but somehow that turned into conversations about school, grades, art projects, dances, Halloween costumes, hair dye experiments, and basically everything under the sun.

They’ve shared little pieces of their high school lives with us right here at this window.

And now somehow… they graduated yesterday!🎓

I’m not sure when the time flew by, but watching these girls grow up over the past few years has been such a cool little unexpected part of running this food truck.

We’re so proud of them and everything they’ve accomplished, and we can’t wait to see what they go on to do next.

At the same time… I’m gonna miss our random food truck chats when they head off to college.

Thank you for letting us be a tiny part of your high school story. 💛

And just know this window will always be here if you need a Harbor Blast and a catch up when you’re home from college.

As many of you know, we took today off to celebrate Mr. Austin as he officially graduated from elementary school.

And honestly? It was pretty special.

I think this was actually our first elementary school graduation. I don’t remember Hayley having one, and poor Braeden’s class missed out thanks to the whole “there’s no school” era. So this was a first for our family.

It was a great day, a great group of kids, and yes… there may have been a few emotional moments. I’m still trying to figure out how this kid is old enough to be headed to middle school.

Thank you for letting us take the day off to soak it all in and make some memories with Austin and his friends.

We’ll be back at the truck tomorrow, caffeinated and ready to roll. 💛

Good morning, Waffle Fam!

Just a couple quick reminders and a couple big congratulations today. 💛

First, we will be CLOSED tomorrow as we celebrate a pretty big milestone in our family. Austin is graduating elementary school and officially making the leap to middle school. I’m not entirely sure how that’s possible because I’m pretty sure he was just starting kindergarten yesterday. 😭

We’re taking the day to celebrate our guy and soak it all in.

We also want to give a huge congratulations to the Oceanside High School Class of 2026!

Over the years, we’ve gotten to know so many of you through sports, school events, the food truck, and countless coffee/harbor blast and breakfast runs.

We’re incredibly proud of all of you and can’t wait to see where life takes you next.

Congratulations, graduates! Go celebrate you’ve earned it. 🎓

Happy Anniversary to us! ❤️

13 years married.

5 of those years trapped together inside a metal box on wheels 😜

Honestly, I feel like the food truck should count as some sort of advanced marriage challenge.

Forget date nights. (Although we have spent those IN the food truck before)

Try making breakfast sandwiches, serving coffee, surviving propane emergencies, running out of chicken parm, and dealing with hangry customers in a space smaller than most people’s bathrooms 😂

Somehow, through all the chaos, we’ve made it work.

He’s my propane guy.
My maintenance guy.
My taste tester.
My occasional therapist.
And the person I blame for at least 50% of the problems around here 😏

13 years later and we’re still doing life together.

Even if most days that life involves waffles, coffee, and asking each other the same question 47 times because neither of us were listening the first time.
Or you’re standing too close to the upblast fan and can’t hear a dang thing!

Well… this is awkward 😅

After the absolute CHAOS we’ve had the last few weeks, apparently Mother Nature looked at today’s forecast and said, “Not so fast, Lo.”

It’s been a pretty quiet day down here at the truck, and I’m honestly sitting here debating whether to call it a day a little early.

The irony of going from “please slow down” to “please, somebody come buy a coffee” is not lost on me 😂

We’ll hang out a little longer and see what happens, but if we do decide to call it an early day, I’ll let you all know.

Until then… if you’ve been looking for an excuse to avoid cooking and don’t mind a little rain, we’d love to see you. ☔☕
