For more enticement, how about caprese skewers using FIORE Maine Wild Blueberry Balsamic! Come find us Saturday & Sunday at Machias Wild Blueberry Festival --- you won't be sorry!! See you there!

FIORE MINI-CAPRESE BITES
1 pint grape tomatoes, halved
10 - 14 fresh small mozzarella cheese balls, cut into thirds
32 (4-inch) wooden skewers or picks
1/4 cup FIORE Extra Virgin Olive Oil
2 tablespoons FIORE Maine Wild Blueberry Balsamic
1/8 teaspoon kosher salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
6 thinly sliced fresh basil leaves

Thread 1 tomato half, 1 piece of cheese & another tomato half onto each skewer. Place skewers in a shallow dish.

Whisk together oil & next 3 ingredients. Drizzle oil mixture over skewers; sprinkle with basil, salt & pepper to taste.
