COMING SOON in Heard County, Georgia! 🌲🏡

There’s a lot more that goes into bringing a land property to market than putting a sign in the ground and uploading a few pictures.

This weekend, I spent about 12 hours each day on this property, riding tract after tract in the side-by-side, marking the centerlines for the proposed driveways, placing tract signs, checking access, and getting our new 4' × 8' Garrett Land Company sign in place.

It’s hot, dirty work. There are hills to climb, brush to work through, property lines to study, roads to evaluate, and a hundred little details that most people will never see once the listing goes live.

But that’s part of the job — and it’s a part I take seriously.

When a landowner trusts us with their property, we want to know what we’re selling. We want to walk it, ride it, understand it, identify the features of each tract, and do everything we can to present it the right way. Our clients deserve more than somebody simply putting their property in the MLS and hoping it sells.

This project has been a lot of work, but it’s exciting seeing everything start to come together.
