🎶🫐🎶🫐 Oh What A Weekend!! 🎶 🫐 🎶🫐

Us Gunslingers were overjoyed to be invited to Brodis Blueberries in gorgeous Hope, Maine this past Friday and Saturday evening! 😍

If you haven’t been there, you’re missing out! Live music, Brodis Blueberries’ signature mocktails and cocktails 🍹 and, of course, we provided scrumptious Smoked Brisket, Smoked Pulled Pork and Sausage Bombs with all the sides to the hungry crowd! And the view of the mountains ⛰️ in the background just made it the perfect weekend for all! 💕

Another group of happy peeps, it’s what us Gunslingers do! 🤠 We were excited to serve up our scrumptious food last Friday evening at a Welcome Party for Rose and Brian’s friends & family as they prepared to be married the following evening! 👰🏻‍♀️💍🤵🏼What a beautiful venue we found in Riverside Farm & Learning Center in Searsmont! Smiles, hugs and laughter filled the building into the night! ❤️
And while we pride ourselves on serving up fresh hot food at each event, we may have failed to mention that Gunslingers BBQ is also great the next day as leftovers! 🤯Proof is in the pudding! As you can see, some of the groomsmen were diving in for a last minute snack before the ceremony started! 🤣🤣

Us Gunslingers are all about small, local businesses and whenever we get the opportunity to promote/help out a fellow small business owner…especially if it involves food 😉!!!…..we are on it! Last Friday, a couple of us paid a visit to the Owls Head Transportation Museum ✈️where we found Taco Joe tucked in the back of the complex, ready to serve us up some amazing Mexican food! 🌮
We sat down to delicious made-to-order tacos 🌮🌮, quesadillas and elote 🌽 that would make your toes curl!! 🤭
When we tell you that Joe gives a start to finish dining experience, we ain’t pulling your leg!
So the next time you’re out and about and have a hankering for some dang good Mexican food, head over to Taco Joe!!! 🇲🇽

Okay…who’s the wise guy that ticked off Mother Nature??!! 🤨 Cuz we’re going to feel her wrath over the next 4 days! 🥵

Which leads us to (sadly and reluctantly) inform Gunslinger Nation that we’ve decided not to open up our food trailer like we had planned this Friday. 😩
We just don’t want to risk being baked to a golden, bubbly crisp 🍗 inside that metal trailer with predicted highs pushing 100 degrees 🌡️! We also worry about our dear customers who would venture out in the sweltering heat, ❤️ safety first!

So, please stay tuned for our next outing announcement! 📣

Please stay safe, check on your elderly neighbors over the next few days and keep pets indoors and hydrated! 💦 It’s gonna be a hot one! 🔥
