Our biggest sweet potato, “Big Daddy,” is on sale for $9.99.

Big Daddy hasn’t had an easy life. After watching his brothers and sisters be adopted, he spent a few years riding the rails out west with nothing but a guitar and his dreams for company. He picked up work wherever he could, but nothing seemed to scratch the itch. He came to us, lonely and heartsore, and is prone to sudden bouts of mournful banjo playing. We believe that he could produce many pounds of sweet potatoes in the right home. Currently he is languishing in this corner spot, yodeling about lost love. Please save him (and us).

🐕‍🦺 Norma Jean would like to announce that after many grueling months of study, she has finally achieved her bachelor’s degree in marketing! After her success in getting her forklift license earlier this summer, she was inspired to apply for an ultra-accelerated program. All those times it looked like she was napping under a table, she was actually listening to college-level lectures on brand strategy.

Thanks to Norma’s hard work, we have finally been able to hire her to help with our fall merchandising project! Now you can shop sunflowers, mums, ornamental millet, and so much more. Norma has also advised us to continue our 50% off sale on spring and summer annuals, so we will be keeping that going this week.
