At OutKast Smokestack, we do things a little differently.

🚫 No ribs.
🚫 No sausage.
🚫 No turkey.

Just slow-smoked chopped brisket stacked on the stuff people keep coming back for.

We figured instead of trying to do everything, we’d just do brisket… and load it up.

You know what I’ve noticed?

Every person who walks up to our window has a story.

Some are celebrating.
Some are on vacation.
Some are just trying to make it through another day.

And the truth is… we usually never know which one it is.

That’s why we’ve never believed this business was just about food.

Sure… we’ll smoke the brisket, grill up your onions and jalapeños if you like it dirty, and make sure you leave full.

But if, for a few minutes, we can give you a place to laugh, slow down, catch your breath, or simply enjoy the people you’re with…

Then I’d call that a pretty successful day.

If you’re making memories on the coast today, we’d be honored to be one small part of them.

It’s not your momma’s pasta salad… it’s my momma’s pasta salad. ❤️

It may not get talked about as much as the brisket, but it’s one of those sides we quietly sell out of over and over again. Creamy, loaded with flavor, and made the way our family has always loved it.

If you haven’t tried it yet, today might be the day. 😋
