Driftwood Farm LLC We are a market garden style farm growing using sustaniable and regenerative practices.

We do not have on farm hours, however, you can find our produce and eggs at Seaview Farm and Farmstand, Sandybay Provisions and at the Rockport Farmers Market.

Last week we transplanted about half of our winter squash with the rest going in the ground this week!

This year we are planting over 10 different varities from butterbaby to bluehubbard.

Delicata is our favorite, delicous and easy to cook.

For those of you wondering, the attachment you see is a waterwheel transplanter. The waterwheel makes a hole in the fabric while simultaneously dropping a mixture of water and Neptune's Harvest fertilizer in the hole it produced.

Wether we are planting in fabric with the waterwheel or in the ground by hand, we always water in our transplants to help reduce plant stress!

Getting ready for tomorrow!

Our plant sale is from 10 to 3 Saturday 5/23 (tomorrow!)

All of our seedlings are grown here at the farm from seed in vermont compost's potting soil. We fertilize with neptunes' harvest products and aim to supply our customers with quality plant starts!

This Saturday, May 23rd, is our plant sale!

We have multiple varities of tomatoes and peppers, cucumbers, lettuce, egg plant and a small selection of flowers.

Stop by the farm from 10 to 3. The sale will be down at the barn and greenhouse area at 85 South st. in Rockport, please park down by the barn!

Have you fertilized your garlic this spring?

We like to do two foliar sprays of Neptunes Harvest fish and seaweed blend, one early spring and one now, just ahead of the scapes starting to show themselves. Scape time is right is right around the corner!

On another note, this year we will be doing a plant sale at the farm.
The sale is Saturday 5/23 from 10 am to 3 pm.
We have over several different varities of tomatoes, cherry tomatoes, peppers, cukes, herbs and even a few types of flowers. We hope to see you there!

Looking forward to getting your garden planted?

We will be having a plant sale here at the farm on Saturday May 23rd from 10 am to 3pm!

Remember, it is still early right now (4/30). Cool weather crops can be planted but be very cautious planting cold sensitive plants like tomatoes!

Stop by 5/23 and browse the nice selection of our own vegetable starts and our few different varieties of flowers.

Its that time of year, the weeds are starting to emerge!
This week we got in our first cultivation around our garlic in.

The garlic crop is looking nice this year!

In other news, we will be having a plant sale Memorial day weekend here at the farm with official times to be announced shortly!

Winter was long and brutal but we are still here. The prop house is filling up, some field work has begun and we are gearing up for another great growing season!
