First Instant Pot yogurt… it went well. May strain a little longer next time. I’ve been buying raw milk for $7 a gallon and the yogurt for $7 a quart… it makes sense to make your own when it’s that easy… you get lots of yogurt and whey with 1 gallon of milk🙌🏼 sweetened yogurt with raw honey 🍯 😋
