We grew/raised most of our dinner tonight! It was Hope’s night to cook… she did have some guidance on what to make and had a little help since she doesn’t normally cook these foods! We processed 2 hogs last night and Hope and I picked this garden the afternoon!

Benjamin’s hive did not make it through the winter, so another swarm has been caught and he is relocating them into a hive today. We are hoping that this colony is larger and will thrive here!
