Through no fault of his own after an issue with a buyer, we have a buck that is being offered for sale again.
This French Alpine buck has great genetics that will be an asset to a breeding program. He was born on 2/5/26, and is big enough to work this fall. He does have a large horn-sized scur, and his price has been greatly reduced to reflect that.
His dam is SGCH McCann-Farm HWK Kleopatra, and she is basically a household name among Alpine enthusiasts. She was the 1st place/1st udder Alpine 3-year-old at the 2021 ADGA National Show, as well as the Champion Senior Alpine Doe at the 2021 Minnesota State Fair, and the All-American 3-year-old in the 2021 Alpine International All-American. Her final appraisal score was EX92 EEEE, but she isn’t just a pretty face, she puts her money where her milk is, with milk records over 4000 pounds. Kleopatra has also consistently reproduced herself well across bloodlines and breeds, with daughters performing at the top of their classes in the 2024 ADGA National Show, including the Recorded Grade Junior National Champion, Haycreeks Outlaw Klover. She was also the dam of the 2025 ADGA National Show Spotlight Sale buck, Hoosier Homestead Vic's Kaiser, who is now working in Wisconsin.
His sire Kara-Kahl Austin hails from the well-known and well-loved "A-line" at Kara Kahl Farm. Austin's sire was a maternal sibling to the beautiful SGCH Kara-Kahl PGW Akebono, who was the 2021 ADGA National Champion Alpine and Best Udder.
