📣 IT’S TIMMEEEEE! 📣

Today marks the start of the 2020 NCHA Futurity! Crazy it’s already here!

Today, Russ Carroll & Bet Shesa Princess (Bet Hesa Cat x Tapt Twice) compete in the 6th set, 1st horse! “Tap” has been such a fun mare for Russ to train and it helps she’s a looker too! “Tap” is double registered AQHA/APHA, so they will be also competing for the Chrome Cash incentive. Thank you to her owner Glenda Wilson for allowing Russ the opportunity to train and show her.

On behalf of Russ Carroll Cutting Horses & One Oak Ranch, we would like to wish all competitors a fun & safe show! What a blessing it is to show these animals and they’re nothing short of a gift from God!

Great day at the APHA World Show!!! Congratulations to Mark Lanning of Twisted L Ranch LLC and Rusty Blue Metallic won Reserve World Champion today at the APHA World Show 5/6 year old. Russ Carroll and Rusty won 3rd in 5/6 Open.

Russ also placed 5th on Hal Rey Lou Ya in the 5/6 Open owned by Gretchen Hawksworth. Gretchen also placed 7th on her in the 5/6 Non Pro. Congrats to all!!!

While Russ Carroll & company were slingin’ dirt in Belton this weekend. Maci Hargrove & Playinsmall made their Texas High School Rodeo debut in Sulphur Springs at the USCHA show! Together, Maci & her mare placed 4th and took home a check at the double judged cutting!

Timman Maupin and Metallics N Style marked a 72 in the $50k Non Pro, placing 2nd and bringing home a check!

Thank you to United States Cutting for hosting a great show and supporting THSRA Region 4 cutting!

Congratulations to Russ Carroll & Royalty Runs Deep owned by Jesse & Timman Maupin for marking a 74 on Saturday in the $25k Novice!!! They defeated the curse of the “Last Draw” and managed to pull off a beautiful run that ended up splitting 3rd & 4th place!
