Would be happy to explain the process and answer all your questions.

No chemicals. Pesticide or herbicides. I only use organic fertilizer. So it’s as clean as it can get around here. All are grass fed and finished.

I myself currently sell full or halves. If you want smaller than that you could buy a half and split with someone giving each a quarter.

I charge $2.40/lb live weight. You pay only what the beef weighs. If the beef weighs 1300 and you buy a half you only pay for half. My animals will avg around 1300-1350 ish. Each one is diffrent and I have scales in my barn to charge only what they weigh.

You have it cut how you want. It will come labeled and vac sealed. Will last up to 1 yr in the freezer no problem.

You pay me for the animal the day I drop off and you pay the processor for processing your beef how you want when you pick your beef up. It’s about $550 ish per half.

So if you bought a half right now, the beef weighed 1300 #, you pay 650 # x $2.40= $1,560 plus processing will cost another $550ish , it will be $2110 total. You will get 265 ish pounds of beef back in your freezer. Thats $7.96 per lb in your freezer.

We have a 1/2 beef available for August 10 delivery. Beef will be ready after the 25th. If you want to fill your freezer please reach out. About $8.50/lb in your freezer.

We use to get a full beef every year. Now we get a half every 6 months. This is a half beef. This beef cost me $8.42/lb in my freezer. Have a great day!

Had an issue with a customer. No fault of their own.
Need to try and find someone who wants a half beef.
