A little Blondie update for all of you…

Our vet came last week for annual shots and wellness exams. He was surprised that there were no massive calcium knots along where the bone had splintered off. She’s getting her first real turn out this afternoon. I think we’re finally out of the woods. So thrilled to get a few more good years with my best friend. 😊

Edit: Blondie is also now OFFICALLY RETIRED! She will be living out the rest of her days in pasture getting spoiled. ❤️

Blondie sustained an injury in the early evening on Saturday that left her with a broken splint bone. She is currently on stall rest while she is recovering.

With that being said, I will be canceling our 2024 riding lesson program and will issue full refunds for all who had paid in advance. I am truly sorry but I don’t see us being able to move forward with only one 27 year old lesson pony.

No reopen date at this time.

Who else can take their 4 year old straight from the pasture to WORK? I’m usually all for softening exercises and warm ups before we get going, but yesterday I just didn’t have the time. Latte sure didn’t mind! I can’t wait to start cart training her, she is just so fun. I love this filly! ♥️
