**This is not an entry-level position.**

Our Market District store in Statesboro is GROWING and looking for our next leader — the kind of person who greets every customer like a friend, keeps a team energized through a busy Saturday, and still has the eye to notice a display that needs refreshing.

This isn't a back-office role. You'll spend your days on the floor — leading, coaching, taking care of customers, merchandising, and setting the tone that makes Walker Boutique feel like Walker Boutique.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:
- Lead and develop our sales associate team
- Hire, train, and schedule with intention
- Execute our visual merchandising and keep the store beautiful
- Own the customer experience — from the warm welcome to the tricky return

WHO YOU ARE:
- 2+ years in retail, with real leadership or key-holder experience
- Outgoing, warm, and genuinely energized by people
- Organized, dependable, and coachable
- A builder — you want to grow a team, not just manage one

THE SCHEDULE:
Standard retail hours with Sundays OFF and only 1–2 Saturdays per month.

WHAT WE OFFER:
- Full-time position
- Paid time off (Vacation, Sick, and Holidays)
- Generous employee discount
- Retirement plan with company match (after 1 year employment)
- A family-owned, family-oriented environment that treats the team like family

We operate by six core values — Uncompromising Integrity, Superior Service, Continuous Improvement, Empowered Initiative, Disciplined Growth, and Enduring Legacy. Each of these will need to be important to you as well.

TO APPLY:
Email your resume and cover letter to 𝙘𝙖𝙧𝙚𝙚𝙧𝙨@𝙬𝙖𝙡𝙠𝙚𝙧𝙗𝙤𝙪𝙩𝙞𝙦𝙪𝙚.𝙘𝙤𝙢.
