Hi everyone, definitely not the post I’m sure anyone was expecting, but SOUR The Bakery has officially closed.

I’m so sorry to anyone this might upset. And all I can really say is thank you.

Thank you so much for the overwhelming support, understanding, and kindness every single customer and this community has shown me. Thank you for trusting me, supporting me, and loving my products as much as I’ve loved making them.

I’ve had to make a lot of sacrifices in my personal life over this past year to give SOUR everything I had. So many sleepless nights, 60+ hour work weeks, tears, exhaustion, and countless hours poured into making this business what it became. Through it all, I’ve realized that I need to make more room for the people who mean the most to me.

So, with that, SOUR is officially closed. I’m leaving this chapter with the warmest thank you.
