Well I finally got too hot out side about 3pm and decided indoor chores may be better for a little while. I had baked two plain cakes this morning when I got up at 5am before the heat set in. A vanilla one and an almond one. So i wiped up some cream and made a quick thickened peach spread and made 2 Victoria sandwich cakes. Topped with some of the big Chandler blueberries from out in the yard, yummy.
