Kaas Second Chance Ranch

Kaas Second Chance Ranch We bought our property in July 2021 and combined 2 families. The property had been milking farm until 2003. Second chances has been a theme in all of this.

Since then, only the fields and and house were rented. So when we moved in, one our first projects was rebuilding the barn walls. It served as our wedding venue in March 2022 when we married. We were able to get the spring fed waterer and one field of fence put up to bring over about a dozen cows in the fall of 2022. In the spring and summer of 2023 we added a storage shed and fenced another field

. Whether finding love a second time, finding the metal siding for the barn in the wood on the property, scraping a barn and fence in PA to reuse for our fencing and storage shed, or using vintage equipment, we feel the history and traditions of everything that we're doing and using make everything more special.
