“I tried Luella’s Cheesecake at Today’s Bride a year before my wedding and knew we had to have it! Monae is friendly and easy to work with, sharing suggestions throughout the process and getting to know both bride and groom. As someone with a severe nut allergy (and many other food restrictions within the wedding party as well), I was beyond pleased with the level of expertise and caution she exercised in making our cakes. Plus, everything she makes is with fresh, in-season ingredients and you can tell. :) The cakes were beautiful and a topic of conversation among the guests because many had not seen cheesecake at a wedding before. Highly recommend the New York Style with espresso cake on the bottom!”
