Pickert Family Farm The Pickert Family has been farming in Jefferson County New York for over 125 years. We boil sap from 1,600 trees on our 180 acre farm and sugar bush.

Pickert Family Farm Pure Maple Syrup, provides the same robust maple flavor people have enjoyed since the 19th century. On our family farm, we use traditional wood fired evaporation. We reduce more than 40 gallons of sap to give you a premium gallon of all-natural maple syrup. Untainted by modern shortcuts that change color and flavor, our process coupled with the shale-stone soils of the region gives our pure maple syrup a rich, complex flavor found nowhere else. You can taste the difference.
