Since Bruce had knee replacement surgery he can’t get in the sprayer so we hired Flying Acres for the summer. Enjoying the air show despite the smokey air. Asparagus is getting some food!!

The asparagus is going into its fern stage. In this stage it gets a rest and takes in nutrients for next season. It’s important to keep it healthy. We are giving it a drink today as all the rain seems to go around us.

Our last harvest day! We have spent the last two months with these men and while we are thankful the season is over it will be hard to see them go. Thankful for all their hard work.

Saturday and Sunday are the last days to get fresh asparagus. Hours are 10-4pm. Asparagus $2.50 a pound. Pickled asparagus $8 a jar. Cash or Venmo.
