The beauty of the apple orchard in winter is extraordinary and we’re just days away from our annual mid-winter opening for our latest release of Ice Cider!

Inspired by the Ice Wines of Germany, our Ice Cider is truly something spectacular. Made with our own apples right here at the farm, the sweetest parts of the cider are extracted using freezing temperatures and fermented to create this uniquely sweet hard cider. It takes approximately 11 pounds of apples to make 1 bottle of our Ice Cider! This sells out quickly each year, so be sure to get here early to snag a bottle or two!

While you’re here be sure to grab a wood fired pizza! Our full pizza menu will be available and with Lent in full swing, The Scamp is back! This is our take on Shrimp Scampi. Our hand crafted garlic butter sauce, a light sprinkle of our 5 cheese blend, and succulent shrimp, all cooked to perfection in our wood fired ovens. Then topped with fresh parsley and a drizzle of garlic, lemon oil.

We’ll also be firing up the donut machine for our bakery treat! Our apple cider donuts with cinnamon sugar and apple cider donuts with caramel glaze will be available all weekend!

Hours for the Tasting Room will be Friday, March 6th and Saturday, March 7th from 11:00AM-7:00PM and Sunday, March 8th from 11:00AM-6:00PM.

Please note our bakery and main barn will not be open at this time.

Please remember to pick up your UPick bag from any cashier prior to picking and only pick in designated UPick areas. These rows are selected to make sure you get the tastiest apples currently available in the orchard! Did you know our apples ripen at different times all the way until mid-November?! Picking apples in outside of the designated u-pick rows will result in unripe apples or our bitter hard cider varieties. Not only will you end up with a not so tasty apple, our trees will also become damaged, which could result in limiting UPick in the future.

Our petting zoo and playground are open and the animals can’t wait to see you!

Wagon Rides and Barrel Train rides will be available on Saturday and Sunday (weather dependent, so we are keeping a close eye on our trails this weekend).
