I make this all the time! Cream corn is my all time favorite side dish. Great for summer or perfect at thanksgiving!

Ingredients
4 tbsp butter
2 tbsp flour
2 cups(ish) of corn
1tbsp sugar
1 cup heavy whipping cream
Salt and pepper

Directions
1. Melt the butter in a pot over medium heat
2. Add flour and make a roux. It should have a wet sand consistency. Make sure to not over cook it.
3. Add corn.
4. Pour in the heavy whipping cream.
5. Stir until the cream corn reaches desired thickness
6. Salt and pepper to taste and enjoy
