A new chapter begins tomorrow.

You’ve joined us for dinner.

You’ve joined us for drinks.

Now we’re serving lunch.

Beginning Tuesday, Chuo will be serving lunch Tuesday through Friday from 11 AM–1:30 PM.

Thoughtfully prepared food, the same hospitality you’ve come to expect, and a new reason to stop by during the day.

Over the last 15+ years, he’s helped open bars & restaurants, worked nearly every role behind the bar, and built the kind of relationships that keep people coming back long after their first visit.

His philosophy is simple:
When someone walks through the door, they’re walking into his home.

That’s part of what drew him to Chuo. In a neighborhood filled with nearby residents, regulars, and familiar faces, hospitality isn’t just about making a great cocktail — it’s about creating a place people want to return to again and again.

Three Faces.

Inspired by the Japanese proverb that every person carries three faces: the one you show the world, the one you share with those closest to you, and the one reserved for yourself.

This limited-time cocktail was built around the idea of threes from start to finish. Three primary ingredients. Three dashes of bitters. Three evolving phases of flavor.

It begins bright and sour, transitions into something fresh, and finishes clean.

In honor of Memorial Day weekend, Three Faces will be available with special pricing Tuesday through Saturday this week.
