❤️ An Update From Pork Belly Barbecue ❤️

This is a post we truly never thought we would have to make, and it’s definitely not an easy one.

Due to ongoing family health issues, our growing family, the fact that the food truck has been so busy ( & we are so, so thankful for that) then adding the difficulty of finding dependable help, and the costs of operating a brick & mortar, we have made the difficult decision to close the restaurant side of Pork Belly Barbecue effective immediately.

But please don’t read that as goodbye. Pork Belly isn’t going anywhere! 🐷❤️

While our restaurant dining room is closing, we are still very much doing what we love! Our food truck and catering business are continuing full force, and we are excited to keep serving our customers in new ways.

🚚 Our food truck will still be in Rogersville at least once a week, serving up all of your favorite Pork Belly menu items! We’ll also continue setting up at local Rogersville events and being a part of this community whenever we can.

🍽️ CATERING IS STILL AVAILABLE!

Whether you’re planning a birthday party, wedding, rehearsal dinner, corporate event, family gathering, school event, or any other special occasion, we would absolutely love to cater for you or even bring our food truck to meet your needs.

📅 We are currently booking catering for the 2026 Fall season! If you have an upcoming event, now is a great time to get on our calendar. We’d love to bring Pork Belly Barbecue to you!

Rogersville has been so incredibly good to us. What started as customers walking through our doors has turned into friendships, familiar faces we look forward to seeing every week, and people who have supported our little family and business more than you probably realize. ❤️

We are saddened by this change, especially because we had been so excited about what was ahead for our restaurant. But right now, we have to make the decision that is best for our family while still finding a way to continue doing what we love, serving all of you!

So this isn’t goodbye. It’s just Pork Belly looking a little different. 🐷❤️

We are so hopeful that you’ll continue to come see us at the food truck, grab your favorite BBQ, book us to cater your next event, and support us as we move into this next chapter.
