House Update! Tamara Schaaf Wichelns Harmony Wichelns Melody Wichelns
Been busy.
*Front door frame is in, 2 more to go.
*All walls, all bonus closed + open cell insulated and caulked.
*Roof plumbing and garage clean out corrected. Centered master shower rainhead. RecRoom shower posn pends.

With help of Bill Simpson:
* Cleaned up site, hauled off.
* Foundation dug out and sealed, perf pipe and gravel started.
* Built doorways to bonus level & end bonus bedroom.
*Created storage areas in the eves, added a 400cf storage room via attic recess on bonus. Built a built-in bookcase.
*Added elec to maintenance room, new storage room, end bedrm dormer for reading nook. A few wiring fixes. Reran wiring for new framing.
Added potfiller at range top location.
* Built out the barrel ceiling in master bath.
*Sheetrock starts tomorrow. 2 week minimum.

-Tomorrow we'll center/position ceiling lights/fans, add ceiling fan boxes and bath fans before rock crew. Reposition garage outlets for openers, add a light in master hallway.
Will be tapering fireplace 6' to 4' at top, push back tray ceiling another rafter width to expose FP up to 13' level. Then on to septic.
Hope to get electrical finalized.

Been AWHILE!
Last update: roof on, water line trenched.
*4mo behind, 23% over budget. On it!*

here's our Update, final design and color scheme via Ai renders:

*Sitting room roof dented & incomplete, left zip tape under ridge vents, lawyer on it.

*Windows in.
*3 doors pend for dry-in.
*Plumbing elec framing insp passed.
*Elec boxes and wire installed.
*Plumbing roughed in, errors pend.
*Spray foam insulation underway.
*Framing caulked, windows, doors sealed.
*Bonus room framed as 2 bed, 1 storage, large bath and WIC w/Elec and plumb roughed in.
*Ceiling framing fixed. Truss st FP pends.
*Sheetrock ordered
*Foundation sealant ordered.
*Siding delivery 2 weeks out.
*Maintenence room built, insulated for sound, wired, water plant started.
*Rockwool in walls mstr &rec room.
*Int/ext stone blends, math & mason Id'd
*Painter on standby, paint id'd. See pics
*Cabinets, garage doors and flooring, plumbing fixtures identified.
*Great room FP plan id'd, see Ai pic.

Next week:
*Install any missing ceiling or corner nailers.
*Frame in door;end bdrm of bonus.
*Order 3 garage doors.
*Order gas line install
*Septic install.
*Start foundation sealant.
*Order concrete and block for ext stairs.
*Drywall starts Fri.
*crawlspace encapsulation/perimeter foam.
*Plumb pex into rockwool studbays. Route to mech room. (Solar radiant, sound proofed walls).
