UPDATE: The child abduction in the stolen vehicle.
On January 8, 2018 at approximately 4:00p.m., Greene County Sheriff’s Office along with Ozark Police Department - Ozark Police Department - Ozark, Missouri, and Christian County Sheriff's Office Deputies responded to the 1200 block of East Lily Drive, following up on information pertaining to a stolen vehicle investigation and the abduction of a 5 month old baby, which occurred on January 3, 2018 in Greene County.
A joint investigative effort between the Greene County Sheriff’s Office and Ozark, Missouri Police Department led law enforcement to an address on East Lily Drive, where the suspect in the initial case was believed to be staying. Upon law enforcement arriving on Lily Drive, two (2) individuals were taken into custody in reference to the stolen vehicle and abduction of the infant.
At this time, Greene County Detectives continue to work jointly with OPD Detectives following up on leads pertaining to the investigation. Everyone, we posted in a different post that the vehicle and baby were located last night by a citizen. The baby was safe and cleared by medical.

Stolen car with baby inside:
An unknown person stole a black in color 2007 Chevrolet Impala bearing Missouri plate DC43G from the K*m & Go, 4996 South State Highway 125, Rogersville MO. The vehicle was occupied by a 5 month old baby wearing a onesie that says “loveable”. The vehicle was last seen, on camera, driving west bound on US 60. The vehicle has damage to the front passenger side and the side windows are tinted, but not the back glass. Please call 911 if you see this vehicle or know anything about it.
