Our Story

Once a humble six tree family apple orchard in Rogersville, Tennessee, Hickory Cove Orchards today is home to a five acre working farm of USDA Organically Certified apple, pear and blueberry orchards, a small but growing bee yard, 80 free range/pasture chickens, five cats, three dogs and rabbits. The owners Philip and Linda Hopkins, retired from busy careers in medicine in 2015, and chose a wonderful opportunity to pursue a life long dream of full time farming. Avid Master Gardeners the couple now enjoys the busy less stressful life on their small farm.
