A Time To Rest:

2025 was a full year at Valley Ridge Farm. As we closed out our growing season, it became apparent that our family truly needed a rest. It’s easy to simply “push through” in our busy world. Easy for us to ignore our bodies and souls when they are telling us to slow down. If there is one thing we’ve learned through farming it’s that each season has a purpose. Seasons cannot be rushed. They cannot be skipped. 2026 is our season of rest.

We’ve decided to take a year off from selling tubers. This will allow us time to invest in our family, our home, and our business. We are excited to use this time to continue expanding our fields and available varieties. We are blessed by such supportive friends and customers!
