CrêpEscape & A la Folie is also hiring a long term full-time Baker for our boulangerie (40 hours per week) - main job duties are hand crafting real French viennoiseries and French bread, sour dough, brioches, and other baked products using tested and authentic French recipes. Will be responsible for production, fermentation, baking, quality control, sanitation, management, and support.
Experience with commercial baking and technical knowledge (particularly Viennoiserie and bread work) strongly preferred, but those with general kitchen experience will be considered. Ability to stand for long periods and lift 50+ pounds. We are a dynamic, young, and friendly bakery expanding our operations. Applicant must be ages 18+
