After 4 years in two former car wash stalls- thanks to Jared Home Sweet MO Properties - it is now time to move to a bigger space! We had no idea if the bakery would work and the location on 18th Street was a good first spot, but we are excited for a larger and more inviting venue to serve you. While we work on renovating the new permanent location, we are so thankful to Public House Brewing Company for working with us and offering a temporary home .
We will be in their Tasting Room starting sometime in August.

In the meantime, I would like to provide a special thanks to the staff , my wife, kids, and some dear friends that have been an essential part of making this challenging but rewarding project of mine a reality. We are so glad to have the opportunity to be a French bakery offering quality and authentic pastries and crepes and something new and needed in the region. Now, you can truly say that you had a “croissant”.

Of course, this would also never be possible without the great patrons and friends supporting our business week after week. Your enthusiasm and encouragement has meant the world to us. We look forward to seeing you again soon downtown! Please check this page for updates.
