Now Hiring: Dairy Farm Feeder/TMR Operator
Quarry Hill Dairy, LLC - Rollingstone, MN
We are looking for a reliable, self-motivated, detail-oriented full-time Dairy Feeder to join our team. As a Feeder/TMR Operator you will be responsible for the mixing and delivery of feeds to all dairy cattle. The feed program is critical to the health, milk production and overall success of our farm.
This position requires a valid MN driver's license.
Key Responsibilities
* Accurately weigh, mix and deliver Total Mixed Rations (TMR) on time according to the nutritionist's protocols and farm recipes.
*Monitor feed bunks daily, assess feed intake and manage bunker/piles and overall feed quality.
* Safely operate farm equipment including a feed truck, tractors, payloaders and skid steers and perform routine mechanical maintenance.
* Monitor inventories of all feeds and order as needed.
*Fundamental ability to work on a computer/tablet using EZ Feed software.
