I have quite a few Subscribe and Save customers, but this is the first one to pop up in our smoothie shop and introduce herself as ‘Margie from Buffalo who orders 2 dozen packs every 4 weeks’ What a surprise!!!!

Even though I had just shipped her order (a Reese’s Pieces and a Nutter Butter) she needed something for her tennis tournament here in Rome and knew exactly where to come for a 4-pack of her favorite, Reese’s Pieces) It was an added bonus that I happened to be behind the counter that day and got to see her smiling face in person.

She told me she thanks me every day she eats one and even teared up as she told me. What a blessing these bars are to not only me and my team but the people who eat them—they aren’t just another protein bar, they’re a craving killer, something to look forward to, a way to help stabilize blood sugar, something to share, and a way to hit macro goals whether it’s fat loss, muscle gain, or maintaining current weight.

A new market is coming for Spartan Bars!!! If you’re in the Bremen area, Sewell Market Co. is a unique shopping experience coming to you tmrw—coffee, clothing, antiques, handmade and homemade items including Spartan Bars—all under one 3 story historic building.

We dropped off an order earlier in the week and what an incredible place this is!!! The Grand Opening is tmrw 6/20 from 10-6pm—if you’ve never had a cup of coffee with your Spartan Bar, you need to try it and thank me later!!!

Every competitor at the Roman Classic got a Spartan Bar in their competitor’s bag and since I got to sit on the judging panel as a Test Judge and be backstage helping with production, I got to hear from competitors themselves how much they loved them!!! A perfect show day low volume snack that digests slowly and easily. Happy to be a part of such a special show and the overall experience for the hard working competitors 🏆💪

Brought this one back for old time’s sake!!!

FYI—With over 25 Spartan Bar Flavors, I can’t possibly keep every one on the shelf and have their texture not suffer. I also know myself well enough to know that my brain can’t possibly come up with a an organized menu of rotating flavors that makes sense. So I go with my intuition and let you choose the flavors that make an appearance, like these Vanilla Wafer Spartan Bars. So if there’s something you’re looking for, that you know we’ve made, and are willing to prepay for your order, I’ll make them!!! Since batches are made in 24’s, there’s sure to be some extra to put out on the shelf, even if for a short period of time ❤️❤️❤️

The quickest reorder on Spartan Bars from All About Health in Woodstock yet! It’s only been 10 days since my last delivery—and my heart is filled with appreciation for them, their staff, and their customers!!!

Ya’ll , this place has been around for 30+ years and to have them such a huge supporter of my business is surreal to me especially since they have a sign that says, ‘Number 1 Staff Pick’ on my shelf—Crazy!!!

This store is packed with products, services, and the most knowledgeable staff. If you haven’t been, go check them out. If it’s been a while, then time to go back!!!

FYI: They’re in the corner there in the shopping center off Trickum Rd in the Publix shopping center. Their sign is above the restaurant next door. They aren’t selling ice cream, gyros, and wings😆

Restocked City Blends in Cartersville today!!! Made a delivery 10 days ago and they were just about sold out by the time I got there. Thank you so much!!!

If you’re in the area, go check them out—this place has been a part of my life for almost 20 years now. It was my post workout smoothie/snack shop for a long time so to be selling my protein bars from there is surreal!!!
