Pasture-raised chicken has higher nutrient content due to their natural diet and outdoor lifestyle. Pasture-raised chickens contain up to 3 times more omega-3 fatty acids than caged birds. This leads to 40% more vitamin A and 50% higher vitamin E levels in their meat. These essential nutrients come directly from the grass green vegetation and insects they consume while roaming outdoors. The increased sun exposure also enhances vitamin D production.

The man behind it ALL! Meet Brian, for those of you who do not know him, he is hardworking, knowlegable, resourceful, patient, funny and resillant. He wears many hats during any given week but his love has always belonged to FARMING! Nothing could stop him at a very young age to be with the cows or on a hay wagon. Brian is a 5th generation dairy farmer, he took over the family dairy farm in 2022. Until that dream could come true for him, he did whatever he could possible to build a farm from a raw piece of land. For the last 13 years he turned that raw piece of land into the beef farm we have today. Starting with a small diverse herd of cows, a pig pen and a chicken coop to a large pole barn with a freestall and hay storage, a heifer barn, shop and rotational pastures. Brian spends days, nights and weekends working off the farm where he can. Either he's singing with his band or excavating and running equipment and he also finds time to make the farm run smoothly, even though he'd much rather be in a tractor making the hay that feeds our cows thru the year to come. We are so thankful for this man with all his hard work and dedication and the dreams he has made come true. .
