I just want to put out a feeler for a great idea that Peter Potasiewicz reached out to me about. I am looking for BBQ Food Trucks that may be interested in a huge event the weekend of June 5/6 in Whitesboro,NY for a contest with judges, customers sampling your bbq, live music and more. The Empire Plate finished off a amazing show today as we came back to Cassville, New York to film at Wendy's Diner. I want to thank Wendy & Nikki for inviting to come highlight this awesome restaurant. They put out some of their specialty dishes they wanted to showcase and it was delicious. We had omelette, pancakes, hit covered turkey, buffalo chicken wrap, and ice cream. Thank you for the invite we had so much fun. .
