Good afternoon everyone! If anyone would like some smoked meats for a weekend get together. Please get to me at least 2 weeks in advance! I would like to do this on the weekends. Send me a message on here or my personal fb. We can discuss details then. I can do pulled pork, steaks, brisket, whole turkeys, chickens and any other roasts you would like!

Turkey Day! Going to be throwing this bird on the pitboss in the morning! Also, made some smoked queso tonight for the big day! Gave it a nice bath for 24hrs in some mango magic, water, a couple of oranges, some limes, and a little bit of rosemary

Tonight's adventure half of a eye of round roast. The other half i sliced up and got it marinating to make jerky. Hunting season is right around the corner! Got to try some stuff out
