Let's talk about how far dairy has come... and how it's going back to its simple roots.
For thousands of years, dairy was simple. Cows grazed on pasture. Milk was raw, whole, and full of nutrients. People drank it fresh or turned it into butter, cheese, and yogurt using natural fermentation.
Then modern farming happened.
Now most dairy comes from cows that never see grass. They're fed GMO corn and soy in confinement barns. The milk is ultra-pasteurized (heated so high it kills everything, including the good stuff). It's homogenized so the cream can't separate. And when it's turned into yogurt or other products? Additives, thickeners, artificial flavors, and tons of sugar.
That's not the dairy our grandparents grew up with.
At Triple E, we do it the old-fashioned way.
Our cows are on pasture, eating grass. Our milk is raw and whole. All the enzymes, probiotics, and nutrients intact. Our butter, cheese, and yogurt are made the traditional way, with real ingredients and no weird additives.
It's dairy before everything got complicated.
Happy World Milk Day. Here's to doing it right. Here's to going back in time and doing it a little more old fashioned.
