We needed to move the cows from one end of the farm to the other. It was quite an adventure, and the herd did great!☺️🐮

It meant they needed to go through the woods. Too bad they also didn't go over a river, then we could say "Over a river and through the woods."😄

No fancy presentations. Just a chance to see the farm, ask questions, and learn a little more about how your food is raised. 🐮We'll talk about how we care for our animals, why we move them to fresh pasture, what regenerative farming means in real life, and why we choose to farm the way we do.

Summer grilling season is officially here, folks. ☀️🔥

We've been testing recipes, firing up the grill, and enjoying plenty of taste tests along the way especially our kiddos. And this one is too good not to share.

These Grilled St. Louis Style Ribs are slow-cooked until tender, then finished on the grill with a rich butter and beef tallow glaze that takes them over the top. Smoky, savory, messy in the best way... just how ribs should be.😋

They're the kind of meal made for slow weekends, lawn chairs, family gatherings, and good conversations around the table. Now's the perfect time to give them a try.☺️

Grab the recipe through our website here: https://tripleefarming.com/recipes/grilled-st-louis-style-ribs-with-butter-tallow-glaze-recipe

Did you know we're one of the only farms left with glass tubes? 😊They don't make them anymore.

When we milk the cows, milk runs through glass to the stainless bulk tank. Pretty neat we can avoid plastic like that. But cross your fingers. We only have a couple replacement pieces left, and they don't make these anymore!😅

Why did the cows cross the road? To get to the pasture on the other side! Gotta always keep the feed fresh and make sure those pastures rest. By the way, this is our beef herd :)

Cow milk, goat milk, camel milk… what’s the difference? 🥛🌱

Truth is, there’s no one “best” milk. It really depends on your body, your taste buds, and what works for your family!

🐄 Cow milk is the classic. Rich, creamy, and loaded with protein, healthy fats, vitamins, and minerals. Ours comes from 100% grass-fed cows on pasture, the old fashioned way.

🐐 Goat milk is naturally easier for many people to digest. It has smaller fat globules, less lactose, and a different protein structure than cow milk. A lot of folks who struggle with cow milk find goat milk sits just fine.

🐪 Camel milk is probably the most unique of the three. It’s naturally lower in lactose, contains different proteins than cow milk, and is often well tolerated by people and pets with dairy sensitivities. Many folks love it for its immune-supporting nutrients and easy digestibility.

The neat thing? Each milk is a little different. Nature made them that way. We put together this infographic to help break it all down and make choosing a little easier. Whether you're a cow milk family, curious about goat milk, or wanting to try camel milk for the first time, we've got options!

Real milk. From real animals. Raised the way nature intended. ❤️

Let's talk about how far dairy has come... and how it's going back to its simple roots.

For thousands of years, dairy was simple. Cows grazed on pasture. Milk was raw, whole, and full of nutrients. People drank it fresh or turned it into butter, cheese, and yogurt using natural fermentation.

Then modern farming happened.

Now most dairy comes from cows that never see grass. They're fed GMO corn and soy in confinement barns. The milk is ultra-pasteurized (heated so high it kills everything, including the good stuff). It's homogenized so the cream can't separate. And when it's turned into yogurt or other products? Additives, thickeners, artificial flavors, and tons of sugar.

That's not the dairy our grandparents grew up with.

At Triple E, we do it the old-fashioned way.

Our cows are on pasture, eating grass. Our milk is raw and whole. All the enzymes, probiotics, and nutrients intact. Our butter, cheese, and yogurt are made the traditional way, with real ingredients and no weird additives.

It's dairy before everything got complicated.

Happy World Milk Day. Here's to doing it right. Here's to going back in time and doing it a little more old fashioned.

To provide nutrient dense, high quality food to our customers, while improving the environment using regenerative farming practices.

Delicious and probiotic. You can't buy this in the store. Good thing raw ice cream is really easy to make at home. Mix everything together and churn in your ice cream maker. Voila! Eat right away for soft serve, or freeze in a glass container for 3+ hours for hard ice cream. If you make a lot now, maybe you can stock up for the entire summer 😋
