Schrader Farms Meat Market We are a family owned and operated USDA slaughterhouse/retail store located in the heart of the Finger Lakes. We can process beef, pork, lambs, goats, and veal.

We sell beef fed right on our own farm just a few miles down the road, and purchase pigs from farmers in the area. We offer a retail store with quality, locally grown beef and pork. The meat is naturally raised with no added hormones. We also offer custom processing in our USDA inspected facility. Call us at 607-869-MEAT (6328) to schedule.
