TASTING FOR THE WHOLE DAY TODAY: Pindar Vineyards “Sunflower” Special Reserve Chardonnay.

Style: It strikes a delicate balance between old-world structure and new-world fruit. It is lightly oaked (barrel-fermented in French oak), meaning it delivers a touch of rich complexity without feeling heavy or overly buttery.

Tasting Notes: On the nose and initial palate, you’ll find warm, inviting notes of vanilla, toasted oak, and caramel. This opens up to a crisp back palate driven by orchard fruits like green apple and ripe pear.
