🍔 National Hamburger Day Pro Tips
Start with premium, well-marbled . Flavor begins before the grill is even hot.
Keep your patties cold and handle them gently - overworked burgers turn dense fast.
Add a small dimple in the center so burgers cook evenly instead of puffing up.
High heat = better sear, better crust, better burger.
If the burger sticks to the grill, give it another minute - it’s not ready to flip yet.
Butter and toast the buns. Trust us on this one!🔥

You guys!! Something really cool happened!!

Remember that photo I posted the other day of Richie on the tractor? Well, The Farm Journal reached out and asked if they could feature it on AG DAY!! I’m still kind of in shock. I’m so proud of my photography and honestly just honored they connected with it. Richie is officially famous now… who knew?! 😂

Meanwhile, calving season has been in full swing around here and we truly haven’t stopped for what feels like forever. Between late nights, early mornings, and checking on all the first time soon-to-be mommas, the farm has been keeping us busy nonstop.

Don’t worry though… we definitely didn’t forget Mother’s Day 💐 We’ve just been a little occupied helping a whole new generation of moms get ready for their babies.

Stay tuned because there are going to be lots of little calves making appearances very soon 🐮🤍

Laramie here- the other day I was on bale cutting duty and he jumped out of the tractor to talk cows for “just a second” … meanwhile the sky looked like this, the light hit just right, and you know I’m always ready to capture the moment. 🚜☁️❤️

Sometimes farm life is hard work. Sometimes it’s moments like this that make you stop and take it all in.
