The world works in some strange and sometimes wonderful ways. Selling gourds on ebay from my Georgia home resulted in a connection with a purple martin enthusiast from Ohio. We've talked on the phone for a couple of years, and last summer I learned that he also raises "doodle" puppies. That got my wife interested, so this past weekend we made the 11-hour drive to his house to deliver a few more gourds ... and pick out our brand new dog. Thanks, Chuck!

I am still posting lots of gourds ... available on ebay under a seller ID of "brucegore". I will probably run out in two / three months and then won't have more until the current crop is dry, which is probably early 2022. (Put another way, I will most likely not have gourds available in November or December of this year.)
