🌟🐥 Silkies Available – Randolph Fair Wrap-Up! 🐥🌟

As the Portage County Randolph Fair comes to a close this week, we’ll have lots of beautiful silkies available – ages 5 months to 1 year old. This includes our regular silkies, silkie polish, and some adorable micro silkies!

▫️ Black
▫️ Partridge
▫️ A stunning Silkie-Polish breeding pair

We have both pullets and roosters, but they’ll be straight run so you can come pick your favorites yourself.

These silkies, polish and showgirls aren’t just any chickens – they’re part of my kids’ 4-H and breeding show project. They’ve worked hard raising them with so much love and dedication, and their efforts paid off at the fair: they placed 1st through 5th (including some hatched from a Showgirl!). 🏆

All proceeds go directly to my kids (ages 11 & 15) to support their projects and passion for poultry. Many of these silkies can be seen this week at the Randolph Fair, and they are incredibly friendly and well-handled.

Our family has decided to slim down our flock for now as our kids are growing and becoming busier with clubs and sports but we will focus on show chickens like silkies and showgirls. We still have a few dozen eggs for sale until we sell the majority of the flock. We also have fertile eggs for hatching if you’re interested in that! And next year we will have much more produce to share with our community! Thanks for following along with us!

Our family is so happy to be back into the swing of things here on our farm! If you need info please feel free to message us. We don’t share our address publicly on our Facebook for the safety of our kids.

This summer will be 5 years since we were married and started our farm as well as 5 years since we became parents to these 3 beautiful kids we love!

Here’s all our free tomato plants! There are so many! Some big and some small. Take whatever you need! We like to share the wealth.

Our trash and recycling are out but don’t worry it’s just right behind them!

Don’t forget we have eggs in the self serve fridge near our front door!

Hi friends! We have LOTS of eggs available in our self serve fridge on New Milford rd between Hayes and Sandy lake. Come on by!

We also have lots of tomato plants for free that we’re putting at the end of the road on a table take as many as you’d like!

Dear friends! We just realized our outside fridge was unplugged and we aren’t sure for how long, if you purchased eggs in the last 24 hours please feel free to get a new fresh dozen for free or get a refund from us! We appreciate you!

Working hard or hardly working?! Haha Here at our farm we are busy collecting eggs and breeding our silkie chickens! Lots of babies are coming our way with some Easter Egger, showgirl and frizzle mixes too! We like to recycle items and things we have instead of buying new here’s a project we did yesterday making a nice run for our broody hens hatching eggs. A few weeks ago we made a nice grow out pen for the older chicks in our play house until it’s nice enough to put them outside joining the rest of our flock. If you’re interested and some chickens of your own feel free to message us! We have silkies, fizzle silkie mixes, Easter Eggers and showgirls! If you would rather have some standard chickens we can also have some of those for you or give you your own fertilized eggs to hatch!
