We gathered over 750 gallons of sap from 2 pm until 8pm as a winter storm was chasing us. Thank you to Christian & Gus for busting their tails off to get everything gathered & all of the woods cleared. I’d still be out there collecting if it wasn’t for you guys. Also huge shoutout to Chance for boiling while I was out there. Was a huge help from everyone involved . Again thank you so much. Time to get some rest
