Pesticides….how many people immediately have negative reactions when hearing the word “pesticides”?

BOTH Organic and Conventional farmers use pesticides. They control weeds, kill harmful bugs, increase yields, and keep grocery prices low.

While Organic pesticides may be more natural, that does not always mean better (think cyanide). Organic farmers spray pesticides 6-8 times a year, while conventional farmers spray 2-3 times a year. This is due to the effectiveness of the products.

Did you know that it takes, on average, 12 years from conception before a pesticide will hit the market for farmers to use?

Did you know that pesticides are highly regulated and 1000s of them will never pass EPA standards for use?

We depend on and trust science in so many areas of our lives. It should be no different when it comes to the food we eat. The United States has some of the highest food standards in the world. So grateful to be able to buy food without any fear of its safety🌎

Dairy cows upcycle 306 million pounds of food waste each day 🙀 These are byproducts, from the food we eat and products we use, that would other wise go to landfills, yet dairy cows can eat them and use the nutrients to make milk 🥛

That is the equivalent to taking 25,152 cars off the road for a year 🙀🙀

Try to tell me that cows are harmful for the environment 🤔🤔

Dairy cows are big recycle bins. They eat all kinds of byproducts and food waste from humans and turn it into even more nutritious food!
