We can deliver any of our Hydrated, Fyred Up, or Clear Protein drinks! They’re the perfect pick-me-up for those workdays that seem to drag on!!

Trying to earn an A+ with every meal & every workout, day in & day out, is hard to maintain—and honestly, a little boring to us! 😆 We’re more about that C- life… somewhere in the middle, where we fuel our bodies, move regularly, enjoy our treats & take rest days without guilt.

Some days you crush your workout & eat your meal prep. Other days you take a walk & enjoy a cookie. It all fits!

Did you know we have the cutest little bar area up front, with outlets where you can plug in your laptop and get some work done while enjoying a drink or an açaí bowl? ☀️

On Mondays, Amy takes a break from baking to catch up on all things business. This week, she decided to do it at RN instead of at home. Erica’s cooking team had things covered for a while, so she grabbed her laptop and joined her!

As business owners, our to-do lists feel overwhelming most days. But there’s something about sitting TOGETHER that makes the work feel a little lighter. Someone beside you understands the grind, the struggles, and how many things you’re trying to juggle. You work, talk a little, bounce ideas around, and keep checking things off.

Add in the sunshine coming through the window and the smiling faces walking through the door… it was a pretty great place to spend part of our Monday. We loved getting to greet everyone!

If you need a change of scenery, bring your laptop, grab something delicious, and settle in. We’d love to keep you company! ❤️

We love sharing our passion for health & fitness with the community! 💪❤️

Owners Mike & Erica own Iron Army Performance Center just a few doors down from Roscoe Nutrition, and owners Sam & Amy workout there too! Our member and friend Jolyn Perrin recently started a Run Club! It’s already growing, and we love seeing people come together to move, meet new friends & encourage each other to go after their goals!

They got out for a great run this morning, then stopped into RN for drinks! 🥤 Whether you run or walk, you can join in—every step counts!

What a great Saturday with some of our favorite customers!! THANK YOU for keeping Erica & Sam busy this morning! They were so busy they didn’t even have time to argue… which is rare! 😆

Seriously though, we served up so many protein shakes & açaí bowls, and we loved every minute of it! And plenty of Amy’s treats, too… because balance. 😉

Hey you guys, it’s Erica! I’m BACK!! 🙌

Amy took over our social media for the last month so I could focus on my wedding, and she did such a great job!! Mike & I just returned from our honeymoon, so she’s officially handed the reins back to me. Thank you, Amy, for keeping everything going! ❤️

I went for a run this afternoon and stopped by RN afterward to try one of our new açaí bowls! I chose the strawberry base topped with apples, strawberries, coconut, honey & peanut butter… SO delicious!! 🍓🥥

Stop in Saturday from 8–Noon to see me & co-owner Sam working together—it’s always quality entertainment! 😂 Grab a drink, meal, treat or açaí bowl. We have so many options, and I can’t wait to see you guys!!
